Energising Green Apple Spinach Juice

September 30, 2016 by Rakhee

Energising Green Apple Spinach Juice I Boxofspice

The last couple of weeks have been sort of tough on me. Physically. My body feels like it weighs a few tons. I’m in poor state. Stamina is nearly down to zero. My hormones are going haywire inside my body. Yet I can’t seem to get out and go workout. Because I figure I am biking everywhere in the city. But intellectually I know this is not enough. Yet I can’t seem to get out. I’ve always been very happy at home. Give me a good book or a wonderful indie film, lots of stuff to cook and I don’t want to go anywhere.

There was a time when I lived in the US when I was working out every single day. It felt so good. But as I grow older I am also beginning to realise not to force anything. Because the more you set yourself under pressure for doing something, the more difficult it becomes to achieve. This is true of anything in life, isn’t it? In relationships, the more you force, the more you judge, the less you love. That’s how it is for me anyway.

So till it is time for me to go out and work out again and jazzercise or zumba the hell out, it is important to fill my body with good and fantastic nutrients. This is where this juice comes in. And I made it without a juicer. So don’t let that hold you back. Its a little more tedious to do it without a juicer but it is very possible. You just need to sieve it out later. Easy peasy.

This juice is so power giving that I felt I had the energy of a bull inside me. Honest. No bullshit. And it is so damn easy to make, you have no excuse not to do it.
