You could substitute the ginger, cloves and nutmeg for a teaspoon of pumpkin spice mixture. But it's so easy to do that using whole fresh spices is much better!
Instructions
Bring the 2 cups of water to a boil with the tea, cardamom, cinnamon stick, cloves, ginger and nutmeg. (Ginger, cloves and nutmeg make up pumpkin spice mix). Cover the pan and let simmer for 3-4 minutes. Let all the flavors mix and infuse into one another. Turn of the heat and let sit covered for another 2 minutes.
Sieve out into a cup. Add milk and sugar to taste.
